Similarities between Hiduism and Islam.

It is mentioned in Surah: Al- Imran, Ch: 3, V: 64.
"Come to common terms as between us and you:
that we worship none but Allah;
that we associate no partners with him;
that we do not erect, from among ourselves, lords and patrons other then Allah".

It is mentioned in Chandogya Upanishad, 6: 2: 1.
"Ekam evadityam"..."He is one only, without a second".

It is mentioned in Rigveda, 8: 1: 1.
"Ma chidanyadvi shansata"..."Do not worship anybody but him, the Divine one".

Brahm Sutra of Hindu Vedanta:
"Ekam brahm, divitya naste nehna naste, naste kinchan"..."There is only one God, not the second, not at all, not at all, not in the least bit".

It is mentioned in Surah: Al- Ikhlas, Ch: 112, V: 1-4.
"Say: He is Allah, The one and only.
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute.
He begets not, nor is He begotten.
And there is none like unto Him".

SIMILAR THING IS MENTIONED IN HINDU SCRIPTURES:

"Ekam evadityam"..."He is one only without a second"
"Na tasya pratima asti"..."There is no image of him"
"Na casya kasuj janita na chadipah"..."Of him there are neither parents nor lord".
